CoronaVirus/COVID-19 Changes

The HOA Board of Directors understands that life is stressful, now more than ever, due to: 

  • Business closings and resulting layoffs and loss in pay.

  • The many changes and restrictions in freedom imposed by the government.

  • At the height of the pandemic, many homeowners had difficulty in finding essential cleaning supplies and certain foods.  That continues to a lesser extent, even now.


In March and April 2019, the Board implemented several changes to help ease some of this stress until we can somewhat get back to normal living.  See the listed changes on this page.
